Hello,
My name is Jeff Chocholacek and I am the manager of the Red Deer Sportsman Show this year. The show is being held on February 29th, March 1st and 2nd 2008. This makes our show a great venue for businesses as it is being held between the Calgary and Edmonton shows.
We are pushing our show this year more as anything to get you off the couch and into the outdoors… fishing, hunting, ATV’s, snowmobiles, hiking, camping, skiing, sailing, scuba diving, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, etc. We are trying to get the adventurous and interesting businesses involved to make the Red Deer show as appealing to the public, if not more so than the shows in the larger cities.
So far we have exhibitors from B.C., Alberta, Saskatchewan and the United States. The feedback from last year’s show from exhibitors and the general public was fantastic. It wasn’t just another trade show! It had something for people of all ages and outdoor interests. I hope to hear from you in the very near future.
